I’m extremely excited about writing this essay to empower women and simply remind women around the world how awesome they are. Women are powerful human beings with a powerful purpose in life. As women we have tremendous value and worth, but sometimes we lose sight of who we are through life circumstances and especially romantic relationships. As a life and relationship coach to women I receive emails from women around the world and desire to address the issue so many women face, especially with Valentine’s Day as the focal point of this month, I don’t want women to continue to perpetuate cycles of broken relationships.
Women are settling these days when it comes to romantic relationships for the sake of having a man in her life to avoid being alone. More and more women have adopted the title of being a Fling! A fling is simply a woman that a man has not made a priority in his life or desire to commit to. A fling is a woman that a man doesn’t really take serious, just someone to pass time with until he meet his Queen. A fling is simply the in the meantime woman!
Most women reading this can relate to what I’m saying, because most women have encountered a relationship with a man that didn’t lead to anywhere but a dead end. My highest priority for writing this essay is mainly for women to start a journey of self love. Without self love the cycle of choosing wrong relationships and tolerance of unacceptable behavior will continue without first loving yourself. A healthy relationship starts with you first as woman loving yourself unconditionally.
By loving yourself unconditionally and allowing yourself to become whole as a woman, then you’ll attract a man into your life that will mirror that same unconditional love you have for yourself. Ladies, remember you are the prize and you don’t have to settle or be secondary in a man’s life. You were created to be a man’s Queen not his Fling! When you understand your value and worth by upholding standards of no compromise with a man, then you’ll definitely have his attention, but more importantly his respect.
